Chào mừng bạn đến với ScoreLead. Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ tuyệt đối quyền riêng tư và an toàn thông tin của khách hàng. Chính sách này mô tả cách chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu trên hai nền tảng: scorelead.com (Quốc tế) và scorelead.vn (Dành riêng cho thị trường Việt Nam).
1. Cơ sở pháp lý và Phạm vi áp dụng
ScoreLead vận hành hệ thống tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định:
- Luật An ninh mạng số 24/2018/QH14 và Nghị định 53/2022/NĐ-CP.
- Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về Bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân (PDPD).
- Các tiêu chuẩn bảo mật quốc tế phù hợp với thị trường toàn cầu.
2. Loại dữ liệu thu thập
Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu phục vụ mục đích cung cấp dịch vụ và đảm bảo an ninh:
- Thông tin định danh: Họ tên, độ tuổi, giới tính.
- Thông tin liên lạc: Email, số điện thoại.
- Dữ liệu kỹ thuật: Địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt, nhật ký hệ thống (log), thông tin thiết bị.
- Dữ liệu hành vi: Cách bạn tương tác với các tính năng chấm điểm và quản lý khách hàng tiềm năng (lead).
3. Cơ chế điều hướng và Lưu trữ dữ liệu (Data Localization)
Nhằm tuân thủ quy định về lưu trữ dữ liệu nội địa và tối ưu hóa pháp lý:
- Tự động chuyển hướng (Auto-Redirect): Hệ thống sẽ tự động nhận diện địa chỉ IP. Nếu IP được xác định tại lãnh thổ Việt Nam, người dùng sẽ được tự động điều hướng từ scorelead.com về scorelead.vn.
- Lưu trữ dữ liệu: Dữ liệu của người dùng tại Việt Nam được lưu trữ trên hệ thống máy chủ đặt tại Việt Nam theo đúng quy định của Luật An ninh mạng.
- Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế: Mọi hoạt động chuyển dữ liệu xuyên biên giới (nếu có) đều được thực hiện theo quy trình Đánh giá tác động xử lý dữ liệu và thông báo cho cơ quan chức năng theo quy định.
4. Tuyên bố miễn trừ trách nhiệm kỹ thuật
ScoreLead thiết lập các rào cản kỹ thuật để đảm bảo tính khu vực hóa của dữ liệu. Do đó:
Lưu ý quan trọng: Người dùng sử dụng các công cụ can thiệp như Proxy, VPN, trình duyệt ẩn danh hoặc các biện pháp giả lập vị trí để làm sai lệch địa chỉ IP thực tế nhằm tránh việc điều hướng sẽ phải tự chịu hoàn toàn trách nhiệm. ScoreLead không chịu trách nhiệm đối với các rủi ro về pháp lý, bảo mật dữ liệu hoặc sự không tương thích của dịch vụ phát sinh từ việc làm sai lệch vị trí này.
5. Biện pháp bảo vệ và An ninh mạng
Chúng tôi áp dụng các tiêu chuẩn an ninh đa tầng:
- Giám sát: Hệ thống giám sát 24/7 để phát hiện và ngăn chặn các cuộc tấn công DDoS, mã độc và truy cập trái phép.
- Kiểm soát nội dung: Chủ động rà soát và gỡ bỏ các thông tin vi phạm pháp luật trong vòng 24 giờ theo yêu cầu của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
- Phối hợp pháp lý: ScoreLead sẽ cung cấp dữ liệu phục vụ điều tra theo yêu cầu hợp pháp của Cục An ninh mạng (Bộ Công an).
6. Quyền của chủ thể dữ liệu
Tại Việt Nam, bạn có đầy đủ các quyền đối với dữ liệu cá nhân của mình, bao gồm:
- Quyền được biết về hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu.
- Quyền đồng ý hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý.
- Quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu.
- Quyền hạn chế hoặc phản đối xử lý dữ liệu.
- Quyền khiếu nại và yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại.
7. Chia sẻ thông tin
Chúng tôi tuyệt đối không bán dữ liệu khách hàng. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ cho:
- Đối tác hạ tầng (Cloud hosting) có cam kết bảo mật tương đương.
- Cơ quan nhà nước khi có yêu cầu pháp lý bắt buộc.
8. Cookies và Công nghệ theo dõi

- Data Storage: Data belonging to global users is processed and stored on secure cloud infrastructure globally. Data belonging to users redirected to the Vietnam platform is stored on local servers within Vietnam in compliance with local cybersecurity regulations.
- Cross-Border Data Transfers: Any international transfer of data (where applicable) is conducted through strict data transfer impact assessments and in accordance with relevant regional regulations.

ScoreLead implements technical boundaries to ensure data regionalization and compliance.
Important Notice: Users who utilize location-masking tools—such as Proxies, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), incognito browsers, or any location-spoofing mechanisms—to intentionally manipulate their true IP address and bypass our routing system do so at their own risk. ScoreLead disclaims all liability for any legal non-compliance, data security risks, or service incompatibilities arising from such location falsification.
